PBS KIDS, also
known as PBS KIDS Channel
was an American television network
produced by PBS founded in the late 1990s and targeted at children
aged 3-10 years. As of October 1, 2005, the feed ceased operation in
favor of a new joint commercial venture, PBS KIDS Sprout.
PBS KIDS
has also been used by PBS as a branding label for their block of
children's programming on PBS the network and its member stations.

Recently, PBS Kids launched a
new lineup of programming called PBS Kids GO! This lineup features PBS Kids
programming targeted at somewhat older kids and preteens that used to air
under the general PBS Kids umbrella, such as Arthur and Cyberchase.
Some of the
current kid shows include: Barney, Arthur, Berenstain Bears, Dragon
Tails, It's a Big Big World and Sesame Street.
